Whitelands Park Primary School Better never stops

School Meals

*** Due to a number of severe allergy cases, Whitelands Park is a 'nut-free' school ***

At Whitelands Park we promote healthy eating.  All of our food is cooked on the premises by our caterers, IFG Primary and menus are available termly.

The cost of a school dinner is £2.25 per day payable via ParentPay.

Please see the link below to view our current term’s menu.

Eligible for Free School Meals?

If your child is in Key Stage 1 (Foundation, Year 1 or Year 2) they are eligible for Free School Meals. If your child is in Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) but you are in receipt of income support or the income based job seekers allowance, your child is entitled to receive a free school meal. To apply, please contact West Berkshire Council on (01635) 42400 who will take you through the process or alternatively, apply online >>>

Please ensure you register, as the school receives additional resources based on the number of children eligible for free meals.

Note: You may also be entitled to pay reduced contributions for extracurricular activities such as school trips if you have registered.

Packed Lunch

We have a 'healthy school' policy and as such, we please ask that packed lunches reflect this policy. Therefore, please do not include fizzy or soft sugary drinks (water or pure juices preferred) or sweets/chocolate based snacks in your child's lunch box. Also, please do not include any variance of nuts (incl. Peanut Butter) as some school children have severe nut allergies.
