We use a range of strategies to move forward when we are stuck.

School Council

Our School Council has helped the school to be a better place for years. With representatives from Year 3 to 6, the council meets with Miss Calder-Hoath to look at projects and ideas that would make the Whitelands experience even better for pupils. 

 

Examples that our School Council have lead, include

  • improvements to pupil toilets
  • changes to breaktime and lunchtime activities
  • interviewing of catering companies for school lunches.

 

The School Council also always helps our Governors and Headteacher in the appointment of senior staff.
