School Performance Tables
This year delivered the strongest set of outcomes ever seen at Whitelands Park, continuing the upward trend in progress that was started last year, with the new leadership team in place.
Whitelands Park was above the national average for the SATs Combined % of pupils who achieved ARE in all three subjects (Reading, Writing and Maths). This important measure reflects pupils' attainment across the core curriculum and is a key indicator used by school leaders, governors and external stakeholders when evaluating school performance. Whitelands Park achieved 67%, national average was 63%.
In Early Years, an outstanding 86% of pupils achieved a Good Level of Development, significantly above the national average. Our Year 1 pupils also performed exceptionally well, with 89% meeting the expected standard in the Phonics Screening Check, again considerably higher than national figures. In addition, our Year 4 children achieved an impressive average score of 22.6 out of 25 in the Multiplication Tables Check, continuing our strong track record of achievement and exceeding the national average once more. Once again, we have made significant strides forward with our Year 6 SATs results. We are performing above national averages in Reading (78%) and Writing (74%), and are in line with national averages in Maths (74%).
